Out of Townn

Guess what we did! In northern Michigan we skied. It was lovely. The weather was perfect. Sunny and no wind. The kids love the experience which was first for both. Ballet girl picked the skill with ease and stunning enthusiasm. Sunlight boy liked it but 2 hour lessons were a bit too long. One hour would have sufficed for him. Ballet girl cried on the way back because she missed her instructor and then cried at night before she went to bed. She also wished she could make cookies for her instructor. Sunlight boy forgot Goofy in the hotel. Our dearest Goofy. We will replace him but it's sad that a piece of the little man's history is lost.

This is the young lady herself. All enthusiastic about the sport. She improved 4 levels from the time she got on the skis. Four levels in two days, or one level per hour. She knows more than me now. I am very very happy! Go Girl!
